TopPic on blogs page changed

Did a lil modification to the picture in the blogs directory. Please let me know when you have suggestions for improvement. I'll be happy to consider them. I was thinking of ways to promote the blogs but I just couldn't come up with a good solution. Anything on your mind, post it right away.
