In keeping with our policy to at least mention each Atlantic origin storm that is named by the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storms 'Bill' and 'Claudette' were of a very short duration and in a location that would not affect any US coastal areas, therefore, they were not mentioned initially.

We are currently watching an area of low pressure off the Carolinas and if this system gets organized, we will report as needed.
