Was Christ born in Spirit and in body?

Brothers and sisters,
I've been doing a study to share with the rest of you. I pray and believe you'll be blessed, challenged and changed by the scriptures.

Questions to ask yourself before reading, maybe you could even write down your answers before reading on, as a reference.

Some answers are yes, some are no. Just so you don't know where I'm going with it, and so you can make up your own mind what you believe.

1.) Is Jesus eternally past? (Has he always existed, eternally?)

2.) Is Jesus the wisdom of God? (Is he spoken of as being Wisdom?)

3.) Is Jesus the SON of God?

4.) Was he created by God for a purpose?

5.) Is Jesus still eternal, even if he is not eternally past?

6.) Are you eternal?

6.) Are YOU going to inherit, ETERNAL LIFE?

That should get you ready, here we go!

Part 1​

*1 Corinthians 1:24 but unto them that are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, was this grace given, to preach unto the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

10 to the intent that now unto the principalities and the powers in the heavenly places might be made known through the church the manifold wisdom of God,

Proverbs 8
1 Doth not wisdom cry, And understanding put forth her voice?
2 On the top of high places by the way, Where the paths meet, she standeth;
3 Beside the gates, at the entry of the city, At the coming in at the doors, she crieth aloud:
4 Unto you, O men, I call; And my voice is to the sons of men.
5 O ye simple, understand prudence; And, ye fools, be of an understanding heart.
6 Hear, for I will speak excellent things; And the opening of my lips shall be right things.
7 For my mouth shall utter truth;

*Lu 20:21 And they asked him, saying, Teacher, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, and acceptest not the person of any, but of a truth teachest the way of God:

*Joh 6:63 It is the spirit that giveth life; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I have spoken unto you are spirit, and are life.

9 They are all plain to him that understandeth, And right to them that find knowledge.

*Mt 13:11 And he answered and said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

10 Receive my instruction, and not silver; And knowledge rather than choice gold.
11 For wisdom is better than rubies; And all the things that may be desired are not to be compared unto it.
12 I wisdom have made prudence my dwelling, And find out knowledge and discretion.
13 The fear of Jehovah is to hate evil: Pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, And the perverse mouth, do I hate.
14 Counsel is mine, and sound knowledge: I am understanding; I have might.

*Pr 3:19 Jehovah by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding he established the heavens.
*Pr 16:16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! Yea, to get understanding is rather to be chosen than silver.

*Pr 16:22 Understanding is a well–spring of life unto him that hath it; But the correction of fools is their folly.

15 By me kings reign, And princes decree justice.
16 By me princes rule, And nobles, even all the judges of the earth.
17 I love them that love me; And those that seek me diligently shall find me.

*Matthew 7
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
9 Or what man is there of you, who, if his son shall ask him for a loaf, will give him a stone;
10 or if he shall ask for a fish, will give him a serpent?
11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

21 That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance, And that I may fill their treasuries.

18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

*Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, being himself the saviour of the body.

*1Co 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

And I was daily his delight, Rejoicing always before him,

33 Hear instruction, and be wise, And refuse it not.

*Lu 11:28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the WORD OF GOD, and keep it.

Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at the posts of my doors.
35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, And shall obtain favor of Jehovah.

*Joh 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth on me, though he die, yet shall he live;

*Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.

36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: All they that hate me love death.

*Joh 15:18 If the world hateth you, ye know that it hath hated me before it hated you.

*1Ti 5:6 But she that giveth herself to pleasure is dead while she liveth.

Proverbs 9
1 Wisdom hath builded her house; She hath hewn out her seven pillars:

*1Pe 2:5 ye also, as living stones, are built up a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

*Ga 2:9 and when they perceived the grace that was given unto me, James and Cephas and John, they who were reputed to be pillars…

*Re 3:12 Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of my God…

2 She hath killed her beasts;

(Beasts represent the flesh or the old man very often, in types and shadows especially.)

She hath mingled her wine; She hath also furnished her table:
3 She hath sent forth her maidens; She crieth upon the highest places of the city:

*Re 14:10 he also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is prepared unmixed in the cup of his anger; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

*Luke 22
29 and I appoint unto you a kingdom, even as my Father appointed unto me,
30 that ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom; and ye shall sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Re 19:9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they that are bidden to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are true words of God.

*Re 22:14 Blessed are they that wash their robes, that they may have the right to come to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city.

8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they that were bidden were not worthy.
9 Go ye therefore unto the partings of the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage feast.

4 Whoso is simple, let him turn in hither:

20 And the cup in like manner after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, even that which is poured out for you.

6 Leave off, ye simple ones, and live; And walk in the way of understanding.
7 He that correcteth a scoffer getteth to himself reviling; And he that reproveth a wicked man getteth himself a blot.
8 Reprove not a scoffer, lest he hate thee: Reprove a wise man, and he will love thee.
9 Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: Teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.
10 The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom;

And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
