Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death.

so, is it only a fully grown sin that leads to death?

it sounds like there is such a thing as half a sin...

Maybe it's that thorn in people's side that Paul had. Or wasp sting... just is annoying for a couple of weeks then goes away.

You ask another great question for all of us!

There isn't a half a sin, fraction or slice of sin with God. Sin is sin to Him.

Each time that I commit a sin leads to death, meaning, when we are not repentant our sin grows leading to death.

1 John 5:17 teaches about sin that does not lead to death is when we continue to repent for every wrong doing against God.
