Where in the World?

A couple days ago someone asked me what part of the back country we are from. The only way that I can answer that is this way:

We are so far in the back country that -

It takes electricity an hour to get here from the closest power plant.

It takes sunlight an extra 10 minutes to get here compared to the rest of the USA.

We have to drive 40 miles to see the first paved road.

The closest town to us with a Zip Code is 50 miles away.

Our closest neighbors are 21 miles away and they are a family of bears.

When we listen to a radio station, we get yesterday's news and weather.

We are so far in the back country that there are no GPS coordinates for us.

Y'all have a good day, now, y'hear.
