i was wonderin who picked what shud be included and why and wat shud not be included? and if nything is still added or taken out today?

The Bible was "compiled" from existing manuscripts.
The first compilation that was more or less the same as the modern Bible was compiled by St. Origen
around 300 A.D.. Afterwards there were an assortment of Ecumenical Councils held by leaders of the church
that further defined what was and was not considered "canon".
