Ye are Gods

Joh 10:33.. The Jews answered him, "It is not for a good work that we are going to stone you but for blasphemy, because you, being a man, make yourself God."
Joh 10:34.. Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law, 'I said, you are gods'?
Joh 10:35.. If he called them gods to whom the word of God cameand Scripture cannot be broken—

The "judges" were God's instrument during those days. Notice Jesus said, "to whom the word of God came" Jesus was referring the those who were called "gods". These judges only spoke what the "Word" that came to them. It was God himself that pronounced decrees not the judges them self's. These judges were used as gods, because they only spoke the Word of God.

God used Noah to "condemn" the world because of his actions and faith.

Heb_11:7.. By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Noah was God's instrument in proclaiming judgement upon his world at that time. We could say Noah was a "god".

We also see that the Church is going to "judge" this world, and also angels. I thought God was going to judge this world, he is, by his Church.
We can also be called "gods" not because we are God, but because God uses his "body" to pronounce judgment on this world we are now living.
The Judge lives inside us, and it is from there he works.

1Co 6:2.. Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try trivial cases?
1Co 6:3.. Do you not know that we are to judge angels? How much more, then, matters pertaining to this life!
