black pepper
cumin
white pepper
paprika
cayenne pepper
chili powder

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and put in a blender or food processor. Pulse until you get the salsa to the consistency you'd like. I do about 10 to 15 pulses. Test seasonings with a tortilla chip and adjust as needed.
Refrigerate the salsa for at least an hour before serving.

Just made this with a couple adjustments. I used extra fresh tomatoes instead of the stewed tomatoes, no lime juice, added 4 green onion and only used 2 jalapeno peppers so my wife's mouth doesn't catch fire while eating it.

Awesome! Also if you want less spicy remove the seeds.

I like to throw mine in a blended and get it a bit more liquid textured. Then get a bag of healthy organic chips and good to go!

Yeah, that's tough, I don't have a food processor or blender and the knives I use are awful. I'll have to do some shopping for that stuff.
