Our truest form of worship

Our truest form of worship is in keeping Yehovah ten commandments. Shalom!

Joh 14:21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." Amen!

How about these?

Romans 12:1
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.

Hebrews 13:15
Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name

Ahhh... well, we can't keep them; it's impossible. That's why Jesus came, so He could fulfill them, and through Him we are free. Please don't put the free back under bondage. Besides, all 613 commandments (not just 10) are wrapped up in one:

Matthew 22:37 (KJV)
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

If you do this, then the last commandment will come:

Matthew 22:39 (KJV)
And the second [is] like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Again, neither of these two commandments is possible to keep either. Sorry. It's true. Jesus was talking to a lawyer (yea, they've not changed in 1989 years), so Jesus was showing him what he must do - an impossible task. Only through Jesus are we able to present ourselves as having kept the entire law in front of the Judge, Who happens to be my Lawyer! :D

I surely can't keep the 10 commandments. I bust em up all day. I have really tried and tried. It is impossible. That's where Jesus steps in :)
HE knew we couldn't keep the law so Jesus took over in the new covenant to fulfill the law for us. Now all we need to do is accept Jesus as our Lord and "Savior" from the old law. That's the love of Jesus. HE saw we can't do it so HE did it for us. Hallelujah !

Strive for obedience- accept your imperfection; confess your sins- set your eyes on Holiness; learn to rely on Christ's strength and power in faith- rebuke the devil when he comes; cut away the evil from your heart-with the Sword of the LORD.

What are we without Christ? Dead in sins and trespasses against God.

With Christ-we are still sinners-SAVED by HIS Grace-not of our own doing.

We work out our own salvation in fear and trembling which brings us closer to holiness when we OBEY the Word, not of our own flesh-but by the will and power of God through the Holy Spirit. There is nothing 'good' in us-unless it is the Holy Spirit working through us sent by Jesus Christ.

'Follow' Him: Jesus Christ is our example; but He wants us to do this of our own will. So we fight against our own flesh with the tools God provided us. When we submit to the Spirit and allow Him to work through us, that is when the real power of God dwells within the Christian. But it is our own free will that we submit by; it is our 'heart condition'.

When we begin to loose our original nature, the new nature of our second birth begins to reign; but we have the power within ourselves to limit this nature through our obedience and/ or our disobedience. Once saved we still own our free will. Want to be more like Christ? Submit to His Word....

'Ye are Gods'; 'The tongue (your words-and God's Word) have the power of life and death'; 'Circumcise your heart'...
