Some say that the rapture is unbiblical. The way things are going...you will most likely be raptured. And as long as you keep your focus on God...you will never pull away. God is training you now and preparing you for the future.
Blessings

I still doubt that is how Jesus looked.I prolly should tell you who don't know the story of the picture. When I was a child, our Pastor had been a missionary in China and he brought back with him a picture and a story. A chinese photographer was on his way home and his soul was troubled over some of his friends converting to Christianity. He wondered what the truth was and thought, "if only I could see your face, so I might believe." A short while later, he felt compelled to take a picture of snow and mud -not really a pretty sight. When he got home and developed the picture - there was the face. And the photographer believed. When I as handed a mimeograph of the photo, it was given to me upside down...and I saw it, finally, when I changed the picture rightside up. So I was tricksy with the pic above....See if you can see it now:

There is a common misconception even among rapture believers that they will just "disappear". Those who are "raptured" will appear to have died of natural causes (i.e. disease), there will be nothing to explain. Mass die-offs are not unheard of.We are, already, miles deep in deception, @Major, so we see sinister things. When they run commercials with Ron Reagan, Jr, asking for money to fight God (Religion) and at the end the smarmy, "I'm not afraid of burning in hell" - it is time to be very afraid. Sinister makes it sound like there might be some hope for the lost. It curdles my stomach. That "they" have already laid plans to explain the rapture (erroneously) confirms my beliefs.

I think (?) you are aware, @Glomung, that up until less than a year ago, I didn't see it in scripture but now I do. I'm hoping @Abdicate starts a thread on this as he indicated he might, on another thread. However, I do agree that the Lord is taking people home, by physical death and has been doing so for some time. This, IMO, is apart from the "catching away" event, and those physically dead believers will be raised first. Other scripture indicates, twinkling of an eye, unbelievers will not see it, and the effect will be a "disappearing" for those left. In the flood (judgement), God took all other believers (patriarchs) by death except Enoch who was "raptured".
If you watch the TV series, Leftovers, a vast amount of people disappear. They have one character who passes out leaflets on people who have disappeared, citing they were evil people and this disappearance wasn't the rapture. Another TV series called, Resurrection, has dead, evil people reappearing from history. One of the History Channel's biggest hits is called Ancient Aliens. It uses out of context scripture, ancient manuscripts to make believable that aliens from another planet created us by mixing their DNA with our monkey (evolution) selves. Look on youtube, it has been widely spread that the "alien" greys are going to be "blamed" for any taking away of believers. Google is your friend. Look it up. The powers that be of this world are planning for something happening very soon.
I'm always up for being wrong - but I have done some homework on this and I say what I see. I will be where-ever the Lord wants me to be when He wants me to be. I will not be rejecting any calls from Him.
