Jade Helm?????

The way things are going...you will most likely be raptured. And as long as you keep your focus on God...you will never pull away. God is training you now and preparing you for the future.
Blessings
Some say that the rapture is unbiblical.

We are, already, miles deep in deception, @Major, so we see sinister things. When they run commercials with Ron Reagan, Jr, asking for money to fight God (Religion) and at the end the smarmy, "I'm not afraid of burning in hell" - it is time to be very afraid. Sinister makes it sound like there might be some hope for the lost. It curdles my stomach. That "they" have already laid plans to explain the rapture (erroneously) confirms my beliefs.

I prolly should tell you who don't know the story of the picture. When I was a child, our Pastor had been a missionary in China and he brought back with him a picture and a story. A chinese photographer was on his way home and his soul was troubled over some of his friends converting to Christianity. He wondered what the truth was and thought, "if only I could see your face, so I might believe." A short while later, he felt compelled to take a picture of snow and mud -not really a pretty sight. When he got home and developed the picture - there was the face. And the photographer believed. When I as handed a mimeograph of the photo, it was given to me upside down...and I saw it, finally, when I changed the picture rightside up. So I was tricksy with the pic above....See if you can see it now:

I still doubt that is how Jesus looked.

I still doubt that is how Jesus looked.

It is the Holy Spirit that leads us to Christ and I'm not sure "looks" is the important issue here, altho the picture does resemble the artist conception that came from the shroud of turin My point was about perspective/point of view, discernment and letting the Holy Spirit lead you when reading scripture.

I haven't looked for the CNN report i watched but there has been no further mention and CNN basically pooh poohed the concerns and then reported criticsms of the Governor of Texas for responding to Texan concerns.
Here's a 2 week old posting on Jade Helm from youtube. Youtube has a lot of videos on this:

You may wanna note that as concerns over Jade Helm multiplied over the past few weeks....an isis "more than inspiration" attack was attempted on Sunday...where? in Texas.

Another note...these videos are saying these exercises will be taking place over 10 states...not just Texas.

It's the Walmart connection to all this that is puzzling me. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

There is a common misconception even among rapture believers that they will just "disappear". Those who are "raptured" will appear to have died of natural causes (i.e. disease), there will be nothing to explain. Mass die-offs are not unheard of.

I think (?) you are aware, @Glomung, that up until less than a year ago, I didn't see it in scripture but now I do. I'm hoping @Abdicate starts a thread on this as he indicated he might, on another thread. However, I do agree that the Lord is taking people home, by physical death and has been doing so for some time. This, IMO, is apart from the "catching away" event, and those physically dead believers will be raised first. Other scripture indicates, twinkling of an eye, unbelievers will not see it, and the effect will be a "disappearing" for those left. In the flood (judgement), God took all other believers (patriarchs) by death except Enoch who was "raptured".
If you watch the TV series, Leftovers, a vast amount of people disappear. They have one character who passes out leaflets on people who have disappeared, citing they were evil people and this disappearance wasn't the rapture. Another TV series called, Resurrection, has dead, evil people reappearing from history. One of the History Channel's biggest hits is called Ancient Aliens. It uses out of context scripture, ancient manuscripts to make believable that aliens from another planet created us by mixing their DNA with our monkey (evolution) selves. Look on youtube, it has been widely spread that the "alien" greys are going to be "blamed" for any taking away of believers. Google is your friend. Look it up. The powers that be of this world are planning for something happening very soon.
I'm always up for being wrong - but I have done some homework on this and I say what I see. I will be where-ever the Lord wants me to be when He wants me to be. I will not be rejecting any calls from Him.

I really don't have the time or energy to spend refuting all this. You are mixing fact and fiction in an extremely confusing manner.
I frankly could not care less what nonsense is presented on TV, those folks have a bad habit of "making it up as they go along".
The "greys" are myth, as are all aliens. Too many butcher the meaning of "For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the vultures be gathered together" to mean something other than what was written in scripture.

It would be best not to continue - I agree. I was trying to answer the post you copied of mine. I wasn't trying to defend TV crappola, either. I was using those to show how the world is preparing. Sorry if I wasn't clear. Look up the polls on who believes in aliens - you might be surprised. I don't believe in ET, either. For me - aliens=demonic

I can agree, for a very long time I had this idea in my head that aliens are a very good idea to explain away the rapture for those who are left, of course, those left behind are already deceived, they will gobble up the fantasy like KFC zinger wings.
There still is no clear cut proof of aliens, just rumours and make belief, dem oll serpent has a plan.

GOT IT!!!

I hate to admit it but I starred at the 1st one for about 30 minutes and never did see it but I was too ashamed to say anything thinking that everyone else saw it.

WHEW!!!!

I don't know if I agree with all you posted, however it does make logical sense and there is an abnormal amount of Alien stuff on most all TV channels. I do know this.........there will be a "Catching Away" of the saints of God. When that happens, someone, IMO the A/C will need to explain what has happened. Because the seeds of Alien abduction are planted now in the minds of people, it will make that explanation believable when the Rapture does take place.
