What faith is and what it is not.

Amen Chris and so many folks simply cry and moan about things and if they would but just seek God they could be empowered with wisdom and knowledge and strength and Understanding and grasp how to work Gods word in the way He created it or spoke it to be.
But then again that requires believing His every word as truth and alive for us today.

God is awesome and He loves us more then we can grasp but this should not stop a single one of us from desirering to learn more and more how much He loves us. People act as if there is this cap set that once your saved then that is it and that is so not even close to being true. The amount of growth we can have in Christ has no limits and we could not reach the top if we lived a 100 life times.

All I can say is...............we need to get a hunger for Him and His ways as if we are truly starving people. Well ok we are when it comes to Him !! Praise God ( should be )
Blessings

Absolutely true. It is also true that Abraham never realized all that God gave him.

Heb. 11:13........
"These all died in faith not having received the promises but having seen them afar off and were persuaded of them and embraced them...........".

It is in the 1000 year rule of Christ that the promise will be realized and he will actually BE IN the Promised Land given to him.

Moses in the flesh only SAW the promised land . But was actually standing in it on what is called the mount of transfigueation when he talked with the Lord about his aproaching death.

in Christ

I really do not know what your point is gerald. WHile what you said is true it is also just as true that Moses did not enter into the promised land in his physical body just as the Scriptures tell us in Deut. 34:4-5..........
"And the Lord said unto him, this is the land which I sware untoo Abraham, Issac and Jacob, I will give unto they seed; I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes but thou shalt not go over thither. So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab according to the word of the Lord".
