Will do. I saw that the staff were the ones welcoming and thought maybe we were not to continue doing so. I will start welcoming again (now that I am back). Thanks for the head's up, bobinfaith!

Dear brothers and sisters;

Just a friendly reminder. Everyone who has joined Christian Forum Site has been a blessing and am praying we all can bless those who have joined recently.

When we log on, please take a moment and check the Welcome forum and greet new members.

God bless you and your families, and thank you.

The jury is still out on whether I am a blessing to this forum :)

No it isn't... you are a blessing to us. And you are our brother in Christ..... you are family. :)

And just like any family, we each have good days, bad days, and crazy days... we just all have to be patient with each other and try to help each other through the rough patches the best we can... with love, support, prayer, patience, grace, and forgiveness.

We are blessed that you are here.

Hey Atomic. Do you ever feel burdened by the moderator role? Wish you could express more freely? Im more inclined to express myself warts and all, which would disqualify me from ever being a moderator.

I would not say "burdened"... I view it as an honor to do what I can to try to help others,
but it is a big responsibility that I take very seriously. It means alot to me to do the absolute best I can. I would never want to mislead, discourage, or fail anyone here. Plus, these forums are also visible to anyone / everyone... worldwide. What we say here, and how we behave could possibly be a life or death matter for someone who is in turmoil, seeking help, guidance, or advice. God also knows our hearts, intentions, actions, and words here.... so you see... it is a very serious responsibility.

As for expressing more freely- It can feel limiting sometimes, (but that's actually a good thing). It's a good challenge of character to have to be so aware of trying to communicate in such a disciplined way. But it's been a really good learning and growing experience for me.

And it is so wonderful when we get to see God move so profoundly in the lives of so many of the people who come here. It's truly amazing.
