Hello Bob;

Yes, He does! There is one more I'd like to add to Ask - Seek - Knock, and thats Contentment and Peace.

My wife and I are always always faced with challenges of ministry and life, yet we seek Him first daily. Just with God being with us "through it all" is a blessing, whatever God's "result is" we are grateful, and at the end of each day we are content and have peace.

Yes, we are given the opportunity by God to ask what we please.
But He knows that sometimes our choice, if answered, will not be in
our best interest - and therefore peace will not prevail in our heart.
