Blessings

That proverb is interesting.

So many people would like to be rich in wealth, money and other things, but if we think about it, it doesn't guarantee happiness and satisfaction for long.

David knew, even though he was king and had everything money could buy, that he would rather be rich in Wisdom. He would rather have what is needed in the moment than be anything else.

The mention "Wisdom" is throughout both the old and new testament. David needed it...and we do too.

I always have many thoughts about God, His sovereignty, the Bible, and I have to admit if God gave me riches, how would I handle it?

I truly feel if I had riches I would secretly help those in need be it individuals, ministries whatever as the Lord leads me. I also wonder if it would change me like it did David and Solomon.

The reality is God was with me during times of need and times of plenty, and He does give my wife and me just enough for the day.
I'm thankful for contentment in my life today, and I feel He has me exactly where He wants me.

Praise His Wonderful Name!
