A Breath Away


A breath away,

From Life to death,

A sigh and then a bye, no fragility could have handled it carefully enough,

But a rope was given ...one hand clenched another embraced,

One too short the other everlasting.

While the train whistle faded

eternity etched it's infinite imprint.


1 Peter 1:24 (KJV) For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
