May our Heavenly Father bless all those who were directly or indirectly affected by the terrorist acts of September 11, 2001.
May His comforting arms continue to reach out to the families of victims and to all first responders who continue to suffer medically and emotionally after 18 years. May He give us all the strength and wisdom to be vigilant and observant in the face of international terrorism and to provide us with protection and safety. Amen.
When these terrorist acts happen, we can become complacent with time and that can lead to personal harm if we are not fully aware of what is going on around us at all times. No one is immune from terrorism, so as Homeland Security and the FBI have said repeatedly, "If you see something, say something" -
