Answer By Fire
1 Kings 18
The setting was a showdown on Mount Carmel between Elijah's God and Baal. The 950 prophets of Baal and Ashterah vs. the one prophet of the God of Israel faced off in prayer. The God who was to win was the God who would answer by fire. The stakes were high - winner take all - all the hearts of Israel.
I believe that this will have to happen again. There are too many souls out there wandering around aimlessly. The God of Abraham, Issac and Israel has to answer by fire one more time. We have Muslims, Jews and Christians all who affiliate themselves with Him. We need Elijah.
"21And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. "
