Any thoughts about things such as Ufos, paranormal items etc?

That reminded me that one of the first UFO reports ever written about is found in the Book of Ezekiel, which was written about 580 BC, give or take a couple years.

Y'all can read Ezekiel Chapter 1 Verse 4, (KJV):

"And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire."

Take those description words, "as the colour of amber," back to the original Hebrew through a vintage "Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible", and y'all can see that it is translated from the Hebrew as, "highly polished bronze base metal." Last time I looked, a 'whirlwind' in a thunderstorm ain't made out of metal.

Amber - Concordance word number - 2830. חַשְׁמַל chashmal ("Highly Polished Bronze base metal")

Most denominations ain't gonna teach this, but in the opinion of many, when y'all see the words 'whirlwind' and 'fiery chariot' in the Old Testament, it may be describing a powered craft that God's messengers use for interdimensional travel.

Very interesting ... this should get us going ...

Wonder whether there is any more scripture on this
Archaeological discoveries have revealed many ancient writing / pictures of what looked like space people with bubble like hood, and also what looked like craft in the air ...

AND............that is exactly what I have been saying for a very long time.

The world will want an explanation when the Rapture takes place and the A/C will have one............
Aliens have come and taken your loved ones away!
Makes "perfect" sense to me : )

makes one wonder if Satan and demons might now be behind some of those "pagan gods" encounters in the past, and faries and like later on

Think God does not need a spaceship, so any encounters back then would have been demonic, same way today aliens and abductions etc

My personal belief (gut not biblical) is that evil complicates everything, and "Love" is simple ... I'm not suggesting that Almighty God in anyway is "simple" ... He just talks Truth and it is "simple"

The opening chapter of the Book of Ezekiel begins with a striking description of windstorms, flashing lightning, bright lights, and fantastical living creatures. The proposition that Ezekiel’s description might align with extraterrestrial or UFO sighting accounts hinges largely on attempting to read a modern scientific phenomenon based on sci-fi books and movies like Star Trek back into an ancient text. People sometimes use the mention of “fire flashing back and forth” (Ezekiel 1:13) or “the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels” (Ezekiel 1:20) to suggest a spacecraft.

Unfortunately, the human mind believes what it has already decided is something that makes him happy to believe. It has a built in bias and is simply looking for something/anything that will validate that thinking.

The old saying is......"WE like what we know even if what we know is wrong"!

Ezekiel’s account is a cohesive, theologically-driven depiction that points to the presence of God’s throne and the glory around it. The focus is on a vision of the divine, not on an encounter with beings from other planets.

It is much the same with John in the Revelation. These prophets were given a vision of something that was beyond their brain to comprehend and then explain with the language they had.

Indeed, as as per that famous star trek theologian Capt James T Kirk 'Why would God need a starship?"

Not to argue your point because it is a good one, but everything is not demonic. Satan is not hiding behind every bush.

A lot of things we manufacture out of our own minds and then blame him.

Yes.

Question though would be did the ancients encounter at times demonic beings who played at being so called space aliens? Were they at times appearing as "gods?" to them, and that is where some Pagan religions started up to worship those demonic beings?

Yes.
Know not evryting has to be satanic /demonic, but just interesting to me how alien Abductions stories always involve loss of time, same way as in fairie tales from the past, so seems like same phemomina, just has updated to a more modern tech worlds view now

Or was it just the minds of those who could not comprehend ?

The mind is a dangereous thing my friend.

The similarities are eerie, to be honest. One can argue the events are identical, only our world view has changed.

The imagination can indeed be a dangerous thing. In the 50s on the heels of the Roswell Incident, it was dangerous for men named Martin because bad spellers had a tendency toward hunting them down.😄
I have NO idea before 1940, but I do not remember any conversations on OFO'S or Aliens until the middle 50's.

There was some conversation in medieval times but as it was stated............
"In medieval times the rare individual who considered the possibility of extraterrestrial life was a heretic and spreading such ideas would have put his life in danger."

My point is the UFO stuff only came about after TV news and papers began to spread what was not there and never proven.

Same with "Bigfoot". It/he/she/them was only coined in a 1958 Humboldt Times article concerning 17-inch-long footprints found in Bluff Creek, California. Then, in 1967, documentarians Bob Gimlin and Roger Patterson released a short film that seemed to feature the beast itself.
Source........"https://allthatsinteresting.com/bigfoot-facts".

Now, today, everyone you talk to has seen it/them. The problem is exactly like the UFO's..........NO proven evidence!

Everyone has a camera but NO ONE has taken a verifiable picture. Every picture presented has been a proven HOAX!
NO DNA ever found.
NO hair ever found.
NO forensic evidence ever found.
NO dead bodies ever found.

The mind plays tricks and believes what it wants to believe even in the face of reality!
