Brotherly love!

Brothers let us fulfill the Lords commands and "love ye one another even as I have loved you". I have come to have a deep and abiding love for all here and I pray we can demonstrate God's love to each other even if there are times when we don't agree on everything. We are all on different paths in life but we all seek the same thing- to see Jesus Christ glorified and to see the lost brougth to salvation- we need each other:

Eph 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
Eph 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
Love in the Message

Yes this is my biggest problem. My message is often lacking love and understanding. If ever I had a problem it is brotherly love in my communication.
I have already offended others here because of this. I just hope folks give me a chance to see my error so I can ask forgiveness to go along with my repentance
Otetaini I have never gotten this impression from you, you always seem loving , kind and considerate- A friend once told me " don't knock yourself because their are always plenty of people willing to do it for your" -LOL- but seriously I appreciate your humble and gentle spirit.
Love is the central message. It is probably one of the most important messages we can learn from the Bible, short of the Gospel itself. We must learn to love God, and to love each other. This can be hard since we don't always see eye to eye. It's hard to love the unlovable sometimes. Harder still to love those that attack or hurt us.
One thing that always helps me is to try and see others thru the Masters eyes- He sees one He loves and wants to set free and this is the heart which we must manifest if we are truly going to be His servants. It also helps me if I don't take things so personal- am I accepted by the Master- that is what really counts- am I expressing His love to a wounded soul- that is what really counts- we all have areas that still need healing and in many of those areas are the ones that cause us to have strong reactions- put two of those togeather and you can have more hurt feelings . I know these are but my opinions but here are a few scriptures that teach us the heart of our Lord:

1Pe 3:8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

Rom 12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

1Jo 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

1Jo 4:12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

Eph 4:2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
Eph 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Heb 10:24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

1Pe 1:22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
Otetaini I have never gotten this impression from you, you always seem loving , kind and considerate- A friend once told me " don't knock yourself because their are always plenty of people willing to do it for your" -LOL- but seriously I appreciate your humble and gentle spirit.
Well thankyou for the vote of confidence. I guess like most people I am not the same to everyone. It is easy to be nice to people who are nice. I am kind of like a pitbull with peole who strike me as mean or rude. I am trying to change that and follow Jesus' comand to be loving to all. Of course you would find me pleasant. I have yet to see you be rude, or unkind to anyone. You,re easy to like.
I am going to try and follow yur example both here and in the world.
Otetiani2- it is time for a change:
Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
That old pitbull personality is no longer who you are- you are a new creature in Christ- it is time to renew your mind in this area- don't believe you feelings but BELIEVE AND BE THE MAN THE WORD OF GOD SAYS YOUR ARE! We are saved thru faith- we walk by faith- we are transformed as we believe God's Word is true and step out in faith- transformed- changed- by the renewing of your mind- literally being made new in the way you think ,act , etc., all this isn't accomplished in our own strength but comes to pass as we believe God for it- it is a faithwalk the whole way brother- believe God and step out in faith walking with the attitude that God has spoken it in your life and KNOWING IN YOUR HEART THAT YOU WILL SEE IT MANIFEST- not later but now as you trust Him- all God's gifts are freely given- as one of my favorite authors once said "DARE TO BELIEVE HIM".
Good morning my brothers and sisters- praise God for another day- praise Him in the sunshine- praise Him in the rain- praise Him in the happy times and praise Him even more in the trails for He is worthy to be praised- Is there anything to hard for Him? Spend your day praising Him and His joy will be your strength- spend your day praising Him and watch the mountains in your life suddenly become easy climbing- singing to yourselves with hymns and psalms and spiritual songs making melody in your heart to the Lord- it is a lifestyle choice but it will not only cause you to radiate the joy of the Lord it will bring you into intimate fellowship with Him- you will bring His annointing with you werever you go- out of your innermost being will flow rivers of living water- everything around you will began to change as you the bringer of God's glourious presence enter a room- His Word's will flow from your mouth bringing life and peace to every situation -what a joy- what a priviledge
