Child-like Faith

Here is a story:
A long time ago, when I was really young, my mom bought a stuffed monkey toy. I really wanted a real monkey, so I prayed that God would turn the toy I had into a real monkey. I kept on praying and praying for it, and I really believed that God would do it. That is one of the only times that I remember that I had complete trust in God to do something for me, and the request was completely ridiculous.
But that is what child-like faith is, I believe. Complete trust in God, no matter what the situation is, and no matter how ridiculous. He might not always grant you that prayer, but that means that it was better for you that He didn't.

The remembrance of this situation came to me a while back, and I believe that God used it to help me understand what child-like faith was, because it is something that I have a problem with. I still do.

Well, nothing is impossible for God.
Some of the things that are impossible right now may be completely normal things in heaven.
