We as children when we do wrong we have an option to repent and move in the other direction. But to move in another direction we must acknowledge our error and to do that there has to be an example for us to accept.
The devil has no example because he has cut himself of from the Sourse (God). He can't do other than what he is doing and that state is void of all good. He is not a creator so if he has no options he is stuck, as bad as that might be.

Thank you for sharing Consider. There are lessons with God to Consider when we acknowledge our errors. But not with the evil one. He only entices us to repeat the wrong direction that takes God's glory away.
