Danger at the border

I have been keeping up with this for some time on the Glen Beck show- the alarming thing is it has ahd almost no media coverage. Apparently the Mexican cartel lords are having people decapitated and over 50 US citizens have been taken and are presumed dead. There is in fact a war being waged right now between the Mexican military and the drug lords. The drug lords are not backing down and are using their own troops and rpg's to fight back. As far as the Mexican army they have been documented bringing in illegals and drug runners across our borders with armed military escorts. Who is in charge down there?
