Certainly.............There are several different resurrection “events” which transpire in history, each of which falls into one of two categories. All but the last resurrection event make up the
first resurrection. ALL of these in the 1st PHASE are for and include believers/saints.

The 2nd Resurrection seen in Revelation 20 is for ALL the LOST of all the ages and is referred to as the Great White Throne Judgment.
