We are to “labor” to enter into His rest….for we are all “under the sun” of God’s wrath where our mortal flesh withers away to the grave and our glory falls from the earth. There remains a rest to the people of God that we are to enter into.
Hebrews 4:9-11 KJV
(9) There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
(10) For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
(11) Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
We must cease from our own works by deadening our tongues which are upon the earth…which speak deceptive words for the hidden covetousness of our hearts. We must renounce the hidden things of dishonesty and be truthful with one another. We must set our minds upon things above and not upon the things of the earth. If we cease from our works and enter into His rest, then Christ….who is OUR LIFE…shall appear in our mortal flesh…..our mortal bodies. When He shall appear, we shall also appear with Him in glory so the world may see His Light. This life is being hidden from the world because of the preaching of false prophets who are leading MANY astray down the broad way to the destruction of the flesh. They are not ceasing from their works so that His life may appear and they deceive MANY away from the Truth that Jesus IS ALIVE now and not dead...as they preach their covenant with death and their agreement with the grave.
Colossians 3:4-10 KJV
(4) When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
(5) Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
(6) For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
(7) In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.
But, we MUST cease from our “works” to enter into His rest. We must put off these also out of our mouths: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication and lying to one another….
(8) But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
(9) Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
When we have fully put off the old man and HIS DEEDS (his works), then we shall be regenerated in our mortal bodies in the image of Him that creates him. We are to be transformed as the life of Jesus appears in our mortal flesh in the here and now. Don't let men deceive us into thinking otherwise. The fact that His life is not being made manifest in the mortal flesh of the deceivers show that they are truly naked and have no works of righteousness.
(10) And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty….and NOT under the sun of God’s wrath. He shall enter into His rest under His shadow where the “sun” shall not beat upon them.
Psalms 91:1-10 KJV
(1) He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
(2) I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
(3) Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
(4) He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
(5) Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Decay and death shall not harm us if we enter into His rest….no plague shall come near our “dwelling”….the mortal body for the life of Jesus shall appear. Our eyes shall behold the reward of the wicked for they will not believe in what they hear nor will they DO His commandments. They will perish from off the earth.
(6) Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
(7) A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
(8) Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
(9) Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
(10) There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
The righteous shall be rewarded in the earth….and also the wicked and the sinner.
Proverbs 11:31 KJV
(31) Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.
Let us hear His voice and NOT have an evil heart of unbelief and depart from the LIVING God.
Hebrews 3:10-19 KJV
(10) Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
(11) So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
(12) Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
(13) But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
(14) For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
(15) While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
Let us NOT harden our hearts and provoke when we hear His voice. If we do not believe, then how can we enter into His rest? It is because of UNBELIEF that those in the desert could not enter in….and it is UNBELIEF also today that some will not be able to enter in.
(16) For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
(17) But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
(18) And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
(19) So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
The scoffers…as they walk after their own lusts (not ceasing from their works)….shall mock what they hear and say: where is the promise of His coming (where is the appearing of His life in the mortal flesh?)… for since the fathers have DIED (fallen asleep), all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
2 Peter 3:1-9 KJV
(1) This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
(2) That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
(3) Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
(4) And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
(5) For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
(6) Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
The heavens and the earth which are now are by the same word are RESERVED with fire NOW against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. This is a present thing in the here and now for the wrath of God IS REVEALED from heaven against the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness. This is a NOW thing for the flesh of men wither away under the sun of God’s wrath as they work their works in their envy and strife and hatred of one another. The flesh withers away and the mortal body dies and is put into the grave.
The life of Jesus is not appearing in the flesh of any one because of the ungodliness of men who hold down the Truth. Jesus IS ALIVE now and not dead and so we are to be made alive now by the appearing of His life in our mortal flesh. Yet, the antichrist denies the Jesus IS COME in the flesh….in our mortal flesh…as they lead many astray from this Truth. The fact that the promise has not appeared in their mortal flesh now shows that they have been very wrong in their present preaching, ways and thoughts as they are still perishing under the sun of God's wrath.
(7) But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
(8) But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
He is long suffering and not willing that any should perish but that ALL should come to repentance….to change the mind about these things and DO His commandments so that we might have life and have it more abundantly in the here and now.
(9) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
The current order of things: the heavens and the earth being stored with fire to judge us shall come to an end if we can BELIEVE and cease from our works and enter into His rest.
The things that has happened to the unbelievers of the past were written for our admonition today….into whom the ends of the ages attains. We are to enter into His rest which will cause the heavens and the earth that are currently stored with fire for our judgment to cease for us as we will be under the shadow of the Almighty. We will no longer be “under the sun” of His wrath and the life of Jesus shall appear in our mortal flesh to our exceeding joy which will be as a Light shining in this dark, dying world.

(12) Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

(14) Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
Jesus died for us once. He WAS DEAD and is ALIVE NOW and so we are to have His life appear NOW in our mortal flesh. He died once for all men and after His sacrifice has been the judgment for the wrath of God IS REVEALED from heaven against ALL men who hold down the Truth in their unrighteousness.
Hebrews 9:
(27) And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
For those who are looking for Christ to appear in our mortal flesh, He shall appear WITHOUT SIN unto salvation. Our mortal bodies shall be healed of all of the mortal decay that the wrath of God has beat upon us for our sins.
(28) So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
We shall no longer hunger or thirst any more for He shall feed us the Word of Truth and we shall no longer listen to men who deceive us for money. They only feed themselves and not His people. No “sun light” nor any heat shall beat upon us any longer as we shall no longer be under the sun of His wrath.
Revelation 7:13-17 KJV
(13) And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
(14) And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
(15) Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
(16) They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
(17) For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
The former things shall pass away for us in the here and now….for we shall no longer be under the sun of God’s wrath but will have entered into His rest. The heavens on fire shall be dissolved for us who enter into His rest now.....hastening the Day of God.
Revelation 21:4 KJV
(4) And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
We HASTEN this day of God as we cease from our own works and enter into His rest….being diligent to be found of him in all holy conversation and godliness….being found of Him in peace and without spot. We leave this current age behind and step into the new one….His rest.
The current heavens and earth that are stored with fire for the judgment for our sins shall be dissolved as we enter into His rest. They will no longer bring us sorrow and pain and death but we shall have “eternal life” in this earth and we shall live to see the entire earth be filled with His knowledge and glory. We shall bring Him glory to this dark, dying world for the world shall see His appearing Light of life in us.

(11) Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
(12) Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
(13) Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
(14) Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
(15) And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
(16) As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
(17) Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
To Him be the glory BOTH NOW and to the coming age….as we shall also LIVE to the coming age displaying His glory to this dark, dying world.
(18) But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
Every man who has this hope purifies himself as He is pure.
1 John 3:3-7 KJV
(3) And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
(4) Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
(5) And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
(6) Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
We are not to let men deceive us into thinking we have to die first….as the day declares that their works of “righteousness” do not save any one for they are all perishing away to the grave in their denominations of envy and strife and hatred of one another.
(7) Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
Jesus IS RISEN now. He is ALIVE NOW…and so we must become alive now with His appearing life in our mortal flesh. Do not be deceived by men who will scoff at this. Where is the promise of His coming? The promise of His appearance is “eternal life”….the appearing of His life in our mortal flesh.

(24) Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

(17) Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
To Him be the glory BOTH NOW and to the coming age….as we shall also LIVE to the coming age displaying His glory to this dark, dying world.
(18) But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
Every man who has this hope purifies himself as He is pure.
1 John 3:3-7 KJV
(3) And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
(4) Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
(5) And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
(6) Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
We are not to let men deceive us into thinking we have to die first….as the day declares that their works of “righteousness” do not save any one for they are all perishing away to the grave in their denominations of envy and strife and hatred of one another.
(7) Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
Jesus IS RISEN now. He is ALIVE NOW…and so we must become alive now with His appearing life in our mortal flesh. Do not be deceived by men who will scoff at this. Where is the promise of His coming? The promise of His appearance is “eternal life”….the appearing of His life in our mortal flesh.
1 John 2:24-26 KJV
(24) Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
(25) And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.
Don’t be led astray with the error of the wicked. They lead MANY astray from having love for one another and down the broad way to the destruction of our flesh. They deny that the life of Jesus is to appear in our mortal flesh.
(26) These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.
