Fear and Anxiety

Peace and Tranquility

Many wars - and Israel is particularly on our minds. It can make us very afraid.
But God advises us:

Isaiah 41:10
"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

We must not lose trust in the Lord, let us guard our hearts and love, and listen to the Lord's words:

Isaiah 35:4
"...say to those with fearful hearts,
"Stay strong, do not fear,
your God will come,
He will come with vengeance
With severe retribution.
He will come to save you."

If we don't lose faith and love, we will not be afraid. We can take our fears to the Lord and He will wipe them away. What a privilege prayer is!

Isaiah 40:31
"But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength
They will soar high like wings on Eagles
They will run and not grow weary,
They will walk and not grow faint."

We need to pray constantly.

Psalms 34:4
"I prayed to the LORD and he heard me
He freed me from all my fears."
