Forum Etiquette

What is proper etiquette for being on forums in general? Sorry I keep asking sooooo many questions about forums. I just want to get this right.

Courtesy is always a good idea.

The Golden Rule also applies.

Be aware that conversations are different when conducted only with typed words. There is no opportunity for the feedback provided by body language.

Everything we hear and read enters through our filter. This filter is built up as we experience life. And what the other person types passes through the filter and may not be received as the sender intended.

I know you believe you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize what you heard is not what I meant.

Love above all.

Just be kind in your responses. If there is a disagreement, politely state your opinion and don't get upset if someone has the opposite opinion.

You seem really polite! :)
