Just upgraded the gallery.

Just upgraded the blog section today with the help of the actual developers at vBlogetin.

Bugs fixed, templates updated. Several new features, including usergroup permission for "email friend", new button in postbit to "Blog This post". Improved Gallery blocks. Prev/Next links fixed.
