God`s Word Revealing the Global Government: (3) The Great Beasts.

THE GREAT BEASTS

Daniel also was given a dream from God. He saw the four winds/spirits of heaven stirring up the Great Sea, (Mediterranean). Then four Great beasts arose, one at a time. The last beast trampled the first three till eventually it was destroyed by God. The other three beasts were given an extension of life. (Dan. 7)

God gives us the interpretation of the dream. The beasts are four kingdoms or Federations that come up one at a time and have power and authority at the same time. They are all in the time-slot when God would deal with the Gentile system of government.

God was revealing more of the final Global Government and which Federations would play a part. Each beastly power was individual but the last kingdom, Federation devoured the whole earth.

`The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth which shall be different from all other kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth.` (Dan. 7: 23)

THE GREAT BEASTS

The four beastly powers are described with distinguishing details.

A Lion with Eagle`s wings.
A ferocious Bear with 3 ribs in its mouth.
A winged Leopard with four heads.
A terrifying beast.



These 4 beastly kingdoms arise one at a time and continue contemporaneously. They rule in the time when the Lord sets up His rulership through Israel over the nations.


1. `They shall arise. ` These kingdoms are future to Daniel. Thus not Babylon.
`These great beasts, which are four, are four kings which shall arise out of the earth.` (Dan. 7: 17)

2. `It was devouring, breaking in pieces..` The final great power treads down the other kingdoms. These great powers rule contemporaneously, (at the same time).
`a fourth beast, (Kingdom) …it was devouring, breaking in pieces, and trampling the residue with its feet.` (Dan. 7: 7)

3. `…dominion taken away…` The first 3 great powers had their rule taken away when the Lord sets up His rule through Israel over the nations.
`As for the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away, yet their lives were prolonged for a season and a time.` (Dan. 7: 12)


When we see what Great Federations have great power and authority in our world today, and then look at the emblems they are well known for, we can see who each of these `beasts` represent.
