God's Timing

I’m reminded of the man who was sizing up God by asking, “God how long is a million years to you?”

God said, “A million years is like a second.”

Then the man asked, “How much is a million dollars to you?”

God said, “A million dollars is like a penny.”

The man smiled and said, “Could you spare me a penny?”

God smiled back and said, “Sure, just wait a second.”

Oh man, I'm a bit slow tonight.

But I finally got it! lol!

This reminds me of when my wife and I went to a school conference with our kids teachers and counselors. While talking with them, we stated that the kids don't like it when we start using four letter words. After a short pause while watching the disapproving looks on their faces, we said, "You know, WAIT, and STOP, those four letter words." Oh we laughed!
