This verse reminds me of one of my favorite proverbs.

Prov 18:22 Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD. (KJV)

The man who finds a wife finds a treasure, and he receives favor from the LORD. (NLT)

I certainly agree with you in referencing Prov. 18:22.
Even though the husband should take the lead in a marriage, nevertheless,
our wife is the real key to a great household.
