If you want to know what God is saying then examine what He has said.

Hearing God is as simple as recalling what God has said.
Being familiar with Scripture through exposure to them
will provide an outlet for God to speak. Memorization is
by far the most commendable and beneficial but it is not
the only way to provide a means for Scripture recollection.
Listening to preaching, attending church services, Bible
studies, music based on Scripture, etc. There are many ways
to saturate your mind with Scripture to the point that any
life circumstance will evoke a relevant Word from God.

Why Yes I do. I have one on the right side of my head and another on the left side of my head.

Now I had my 1st Covid-19 vaccination a week ago and if I grow another ear on the back of my hear I am not going to get the 2nd one.
