I think this goes for the heavenly father but also our earthly fathers. Its good to be wise, like saving souls and following Jesus and building our house on the rock. A wise is believing and a fool not believing. I think its possible to have wise traits but be a fool, and vice versa. There are "worldly" Christians and "good" Atheists that can be used as examples.
