Happy Holidays?!?

I was doing business this morning and the representative wished me Happy Holidays.

I asked him, Happy Holidays? He replied, yeah, next week is Halloween. lol!

I smiled and nodded back but notice when I walked out I didn't get any candy.

HAHAHAHAHA..... VIA....... it's CANDY..... HAHAHAHAHA.

I have to admit.... I HATE Halloween.... over the decades... it has changed from innocent children dressing up and having a nice evening out knocking on doors and trick or treating.

I sense the more demonic operations of this holiday now a days... and I find many of the yard displays to be most disturbing.

Not to mention those silly blow up plastic creatures that puff up at night and get deflated during the day.... HAHAHA.

I HATE Halloween.... over the decades... it has changed from innocent children dressing up and having a nice evening out knocking on doors and trick or treating.

Satan often disguises himself as an angel of light.
First he made it attractive for children, with a few sweet candies.
So kids slowly got used to it.
But now the devil starts to show his true identity.

This "holiday" is from the pit of hell.
Very disappointing that Christians don't have a strong voice about this.
Certainly no sweet candies for me !

Yes, things have changed from innocent children dressing up to more ghoulish creatures floating about.

I once won a halloween fancy dress competition dressed as a tea bag...because my dad thought it would be a good idea.

dont know what that was all about but I won bar of chocolate for the...wait for it....

omg....Thats my dog!!!!

She was always the cutest and most hilarious dog on the street.

Everyone loved her. Everyone could not resist her charms.
She used to belly flop on the floor carrying peoples socks in her mouth...

Just to get a belly rub or some chicken.

My daughter has a golden retriever who rolls in the grass... in the snow... in the mud.... in the leaves.
He greets people at the front door with his favourite stuffies as a gift.



The other guy who looks like a trucker just got an eye removed a few months ago... He looks like a pirate now... and his personality is an OLD GRUMPY GUY.... I call him OSCAR the GROUCH.

True Story!

Sweets brings back a memory from my boyhood in England. When I was 7 I gave a piece of candy to a little girl in my class room. The next day she had a little bag of sweets and so I asked her if she liked the candy I gave her. She retorted, "it's not candy, it's called sweets!" So I asked her for a sweet and she said no!

What an attitude, not so sweet. lol!

We got us some scarry Vampires in the woods here abouts. I don't like 'em because them Vampires are a "real pain in the neck."

Them Vampires around here don't go 'Trick or Treating' b'cause with all that sugary candy, they're afraid of 'tooth decay.'

A few years ago, it was cold enough on Halloween that it snowed. One of them vampires got "frost-bite".

I think the fresh air of the "woods" would greatly benefit this guy. He's obviously void of tooth decay...
however.... seriously.... he needs extreme medical attention. Just sayin. He's been into the Listerine... and I am very concerned for him. Maybe detox would be a good intervention.

Just wear a very thick scarf round your neck , before you go to the woods, and shine a very bright torch all the time. Eat some garlic too - or just stay at home and lock all your doors and windows.
