Here comes the Son

Here comes the Son

I’m sat here at four in the morning
Waiting for sun to rise, anticipating
The soft rays to lighten up my world

Reflecting at the moment The light of the glorious sun
The moon, it shines out to proclaim
‘The Son will soon come!’

Birds sing out in anticipation a dawn chorus of love
singing to their creator,
Here comes the Son

There’s a soft glow approaching
The sky seems on fire
Darkness of the worldly night
Burned away in His glorious light

Higher and higher the bright light ascends the sky
And hearts burst forth overflowing
Seeing the power of the Son

Reaching into the darkest place
All with one voice cried out
‘Here comes the Son’,
I heard heaven reply
“It’s going to be Alright!”

Stay vigilant waiting
Soon it will be your turn
Soon your dawn will come…
Then you will see the
Light of the Son shine into your part of your world
All with one voice will cry out
‘Here comes the Son’
you too will hear heavens reply

It’s going to be Alright!

Good morning, Alan;

I was sharing with thenami a couple of (business and ministry) situations that left me frustrated yesterday.

Music and poetry helps calm me and get perspective, that It's going to be Alright!

The Beatles' Here Comes The Sun from Abbey Road is still one of my fave songs. It's timeless.

God bless
you, brother and thank you for sharing.

Bob
