How do you view the concept of being "unequally Yoked?"

Would you tend to see this as referring to Christians and non Christians should never marry, nor do business partnerships with unsaved, or would you say that one should marry just like minded, as in if one was say Baptist and non charasmatic, should not marry one strongly charasmatic?

Paul sees this concept as representing intimate relationships between unsaved people and saved people. I agree with that idea.

Door number one, otherwise, how far do you go? e.g., a 4-point Calvinist could not marry a 5-point Calvinist? lol

The context of A yoke conveys the idea of two bulls joined to the task of pulling a plow, but they are not well matched.
They are unable to pull the plow in a straight line. This is what it looks like when one partner follows Christ, and the other does not.

A believer and a nonbeliever united in marriage is not therefore a good fit.

However, I for one think that Paul was talking more of a marriage relationship but Paul doesn't limit it to just the union of marriage.

The very nature of the Christian demands that he be separated from that which is unholy. When a saved person marries an unsaved partner, it sets up an impossible situation; and the same thing applies to business partnerships and religious “fellowship.”

Even in business activities, think one could be compatible if both agree on how to run their business morally and ethically even if both are not Christian

What about between say a strong Baptist and someone into strong charasmatic theologies though, are they not pulling different directions in some way?
If both are genuine believers (and pentacostals, such as AOG, despite their odd viewpoint, are genuine believers) then there is no unequal yoking provided they understand one another. I know of couples in which one is Baptist and the other is Assembly of God. They manage their differences with the love of Christ.

That would be treating each other as equal partners in christ, but do think would be much harder if one was into say Word of Faith movement

Any partnership will fail, if some is antagonistic toward Christ. A zealous disbeliever. Or, someone's own ungodly living prevents mutual relationships.
