How to delete alerts

Hello. I see where we can indicate that the alerts have been read,

but I don't see a place to DELETE the alerts. Thanks very much for your help. Belinda

Thank you for the question. The "Alert" list is a continuing string that can not be deleted. The software developers have it set that way so users can go back and review anything that they may have missed. According to the developers, the "Alerts" will extend out a few months before automatically being removed from the list, however, anything marked "Unread" will stay in the list indefinitely.
