How we roll, or not, in South Africa

Last I heard, it left the ambulance.
Suppose it's love for the engine went cold quite quickly.

Now, strangely enough, a lot of people were very upset that the ambulance was out of commission for a whole day and demanded the python to be killed to get back to saving lives.
How silly, after all, it is nothing strange here in South Africa, to call for an ambulance in an emergency and have one turn up for the incident more than a day after the initial call - par for the course I'd say.

I must admit, I would have liked to see a four meter Southern African python in living body out in the wild, since this specific species is a red list item and tremendously scarce.
