I am trying to find a good but very simple site where I can create pictures or crop pictures. So what are your best suggestions? Thanks

Or there is a bunch of free software out there that is similar to photoshop. Not as good, but can probably get done whatever you are trying to do.
If you want to modify an animated picture GIFmagic is a great option.
Photobucket is a very good site. There is also FotoFlexer. They promote themselves as one of the most advanced photo editor sites on the net.
