God created a beautiful garden and Adam and Eve lived in this peaceful place and the Lord also came into the garden, to walk and talk to them.

Genesis 2:8 (ESV)
And the Lord God planted a garden in Eden, and there he put the man whom he had formed.

Genesis 2:10 (WEB)
A river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it was parted, and became the source of four rivers.

Genesis 5:3 (WEB)
3 Adam lived one hundred thirty years, and became the father of a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.

Genesis 5:7 (WEB)
7 Seth lived after he became the father of Enosh eight hundred seven years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.

Seth's locations have historical references to Lebanon as well as west central Israel near the modern town of Aseret, where a tomb exists depicting Seth's probable burial location.

Eight generations forward, in the line of Seth, was Noah, famous for building the Ark.

Mesopotamia lays between the rivers Euphrates and Tigris. Many cities were established there including Nineveh, Calah, Erech, and Babylon. They were established after the flood by Noah's descendants.

The location where Noah constructed the Ark is generally believed to be Mesopotania.
