Is the God Allah of Islam same as our Yahweh?

Well, we do even have certain translation from bible societies to the muslin world that will translate Jesus as messiah, but not as Son of God
Allah is the Arabic word for God, but those designators don't represent any kind of personal name. The words God and Allah represent an office or function, not a person. YHWH is the name of a person. Don't confuse the meanings of those two designators God and YHWH; they are different. One is a person's function, the other a person's name. Islam has no personal god, so Allah has no name.
Their God is fully transcendent, as never has ever come into His own creation, and there are 99 names for Allah, but none refer to love at all
Please clarify what "God... never has ever come into His own creation" means.
Just a little side note: the Muslim Shahadah, which is their statement of faith, says, "There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is his prophet."
When you translate Allah in the first clause, you get the nonsensical, "There is no God but God". Well duh!

In Islam, Allah is so holy and pure he never interacts in creation, always outside of it from his heavenly throne
Their view is similar to that of the Deists who hold that God never interferes with the activities of his creation.

Which is ironic is even in their Koran Allah was in the burning bush talking to Moses, so did come down to earth , but they refuse to see that, for they desire to make sure Allah would never became a Man and be on Earth
