I was thinking the same thing!
I was thinking how clumsy and bumbling Jonah seemed. Like if I saw him today, I'd stand back and let him walk past for fear that he might step on my toes or bump into me.
But as foolish as he seemed, God put trust into Jonah. He was God's buddy, a prophet. It's like God just bust out laughing, tassled Jonah's hair, gave him a pat on the back, and said: "You're doing okay..."

i just imagine jonah under that leaf ,grumbling about God.and his sanctuary made by God moved by God,after all jonah went through he loved God,but knew his mercy.i think God liked jonah a lot.
Mike I think I might laugh with him instead of at him as there in a little Jonah in all of us.
