Lets Make Fun Of The Clown Thread

I wish I remember the news channel I heard it. They said men that exercise over two hours daily. IMO, everything should be done in moderation.
I think a person really just has to pay attention to their body. A person who is not conditioned for 2 hour workouts could definitely put themselves in danger if they tried. I would not increase more than 30% a week for safety

I don't think there's anything wrong with looking good and working to make yourself look good.
Look when a person spends more time looking in the mirror and lifting weights, than in fellowship and worship with God? There is a real issue of idolatry...now not all, but much of this is just self-centered and ungodly.

I don't drink coffee often, so when my husband went to the pharmacist for help yesterday, then came to me with a cuppa, I was surprised.

I got a migraine in the office at work on Thursday, with the streaking stars and all, and was quite miserable on Friday. I had hurt so much on Friday that the light caused my eyes to close, and I could not open them. Spent Thursday, Friday, and today so far in a darkened room, sleeping as much as possible.

But the cuppa, he told me, was supposed to help! And perhaps it did. Between it, prayer, Advil, aspirin, and eye drops, I am a little better. Still can't do light, still cant drive, and the streaking stars continue (some bright and some dark), I am better.

Thankful for my thoughtful husband, who also cut up a nice, cold cucumber and cooked corn-on-the-cob just Perfectly for me -- just barely cooked, the way I like it!
