michael row the BOAT ashore

Yah !!! Michael .... get out of your boat and get busy for the Lord ....:):)

If you stay in our boat, you will never be effective for the Lord and as He is directing you into new things you and I must be obedient and even if we think it is not in our comfort zone we need to say , yes Lord I will do it.

I Know , I know , that is not what you wanted to hear but it's the best I can do .:D:D:D Blessing to you my freind.

:israel:The song is referencing Michael the arch angel.

Miachel is considered the captain of the hevenly host, (Gods Army), and the song is about him taking the souls of Gods children to heaven.

I believe thats correct.

Michael, Row the Boat Ashore
Michael, row the boat ashore, Hallelujah,
Michael, row the boat ashore, Hallelujah.

Sister help to trim the sail, Hallelujah,
Sister help to trim the sail, Hallelujah.

The river is deep and the river is wide, Hallelujah,
Milk and honey on the other side, Hallelujah.

Jordan's river is chilly and cold, Hallelujah,
Chills the body but not the soul, Hallelujah.

Let us break bread together on our knees, (on our knees)
Let us break bread together on our knees. (on our knees)
When I fall on my knees with my face to the rising sun,
O Lord, have mercy on me.

Let us drink wine together on our knees, (on our knees)

When I fall on my knees with my face to the rising sun,
O Lord, have mercy on me.

Both of these songs belong in the same classification - false religious songs. Sing them if you like, but I quit years ago when I heard an exorcism tape where a spirit was singing this song. When asked his name he said, "False religious songs." I took notice of what I was singing after that. I want Jesus to be the center of them all.

The question is: Do you find spiritual content in them or just religious content?
