Spiritual food is so important. I think about the time spent with physical food each day and balance that with at least an equal amount of time spent with spiritual food. Spiritual food has a lasting benefit.

I agree that we need to prioritize our time so that the matters of most importance (which have everlasting consequences) are not slighted, diminished, or worse yet...totally ignored. May our heavenly Father correct us when we wander off from what's important. "Keeping the first things first" should be our approach to life at all times.

Putting first things first is so important a principle and even though it’s easily said, it’s not always noted. I used to rush into things and then think later. Whoops
