It's a journey of growth. I do not know anyone that first came to God with strong faith and strong prayers. Most come to God weak and broken and seeking deliverance and help.
1 Peter 1:23
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
Romans 12:3
For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think
of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Faith is planted as a seed within each of us as we are born again.
This Faith Seed must be nurtured and built up and grown in Christ via the Writen Word of God.
Yes at times we can "feel" weak or over burden.
That's when we have taken our eyes (faith) off of God and onto life and circumstances.
God's Word says let the weak "Say" I am strong.
Joel 3:10
Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I
am strong.
Yes some times weak prayer is all some one has......however........to stay within that weak faith for a mature meat eating Christian would ultimately be their downfall into lack.
Another problem in the Body is we have 30, 50, 80 year old babies.
Not talking about a brand new born again baby in Christ......but.....
Those who have walked in the Lord for 10 years and more who still require to be fed with milk and can hardly even crawl in the things of God.
Just as in the natural realm. ... there are set times for a baby to learn to crawl, walk and run on their own and these are set by God the Father.
Just saying.....
There is a huge difference between a new baby in Christ and one who has walked with the Lord for years.
Gladly feed and change a diaper on a new born and dress a toddler. ...... but at 30 years old.......
Blessings
