Poem#42 Let Love
Romans 6
Fear is coming down on us like mortars that spreads more fear
Doesn’t matter which channel we turn to will find Humans Sinning
Spreading the news of more chaos and fear
Whichever Door opens to the Love of Jesus Christ whether its a sign
Or another Channel claiming to be Christian yet still showing Sinners
Wake up don’t worry we’re all fallen Short of being the Lamb of God
Yet we have to leave the Door Open for Love to lead us to the Cross
So we can see Love showing us how to Lay down our Old self, to Still
Die without Fear knowing as we lay down Sin we pick up New Life
Yes not everything is good on the channels we watch, but if just one
Leads someone to Opening up the Door for Love to welcome them in
Then they can see Jesus holding up a Sign for them to see Him Alive
When we show how we no longer have to fear Death dying everyday
Laying down fleshly desires in order to take up the mantle of Love’s Desire
Because when we have What Love has we do what Love Does
Wanting to Love like Jesus to Love Jesus for what He’s done for me
Knowing theirs nothing I could have done except lay my old life down
So Jesus could Raise Me Up To Live Inside to show how to Walk in Love
Let Love Open the Door that leads the One through to see Jesus
Let Love show them where to hang up their Sin coats on the Cross
So on the way out can pick up their Robe of Righteousness
Jesus took Death of Sin to the Cross so when we turn on a screen
We no longer have to stay in the World spreading more fear of Lies
Push away the Anxiety with Our Knees to remember Jesus is Risen
