Poem#70 Between Right & Left ( Happy Easter week)

Poem#70 Between Right & Left

John 3:16-17-18, Luke 23, Genesis 49

The difference between the Man on the right, Man on the left

Wasn’t whether they knew John 3:16, it was if they knew 17

What was more important is if they Believed, only One did

Traditions of Mankind has been about what good we’ve done

When God’s been pointing out, we’ve done nothing good enough

Since Genesis 3:15 God’s Seed has been Jesus coming to save Us

The Promise with Abraham & the Covenant was always with Jesus

The Blood of Jesus was the only Way for the Covenant to be fulfilled

Through the tribe of Judah Jesus was going to be Born God’s Lamb

Moses & the Ten Commandments was God’s way of showing us

The Relational requirements to be Holy as God’s Holy, as spotless

Fully knowing a golden calf was being made to already break them

Countless sacrifices had to be made through Leviticus, Numbers

People never understood God’s point of needing a perfect Lamb

Never saw how flawed we were no matter how hard we tried

Through the eye of the needle was impossible to save ourselves

For God so loved the world He gave His Son for whosoever believed

Unfortunately so many forget about doing their part in believing

Still today we’re focused on being baptized before being saved

Still trying to do good works before seeing it’s God’s Goodness

And it’s God’s Goodness that’s needed to see need to Repent

Jesus didn’t come to condemn the Already condemned world

The World that was too far gone in hell to be able save themselves

But it wasn’t because of Sin, it’s because of refusing to Believe

The Difference between one on the Right, one on the Left is Belief

We’re all on one side or the other of Christ who Died as our Lamb

Jesus remembered in Paradise the One who Believed Jesus Saves

Between the Right & Left of the Voice that said Father Forgive Them

The difference between being Raised along with Jesus on the third day

Being Sheep with a Born Again Spirit or being Goats is Belief or Unbelief
