Poem#81 Thoughts of Prayers

2nd Timothy 1



Turn that busy mind of thoughts off worldly chaos by Satan

Into thoughts of Joyous Prayer to the Lord who will help us

Through His Holy Spirit Who We’re Given when Born Again



Don’t let Satan tell we’re no good at praying that we’re lost

Replace lies with Conversations from the Heart Jesus Lives

Reminding us that Our Heart’s no longer Empty, it Has Jesus



Even when we’re lost for Words never stop praying Never Stop

So Be It isn’t the end of Amen, its only the Beginning of talking

Even when we mistake our Consciousness, it’s still Jesus Listening



Turn that busy mind into thoughts of Prayer talking to the Spirit

Never doubt the Helper of Jesus living inside of you to Baptize

With the Holy Spirit who Teaches us to pray without ceasing



As we lay our Head down to sleep let thoughts of Prayer drift

Singing our lullaby of thanks & Praise with requests received

Holy Spirit send us prayers of who to Pray in Return



Praying should be easy as thinking even when Busy in distraction

Jesus is Our Savior & Our Friend so talk to Him as if standing here

Invite Him to sit & talk & don’t let Amen stop us from Listening

Poem#81 Thoughts of Prayers reminds me when we repent to God and are forgiven, we should not walk away feeling we're not worthy of being redeemed. This is also a lie from Satan.

Thoughts of Prayers is a discipline as you shared, Jesus is listening and so should we.
