The one that was cut with Abraham was for his descendants, and the one Jesus made renewed or superceded that one to include gentiles. But the Gentiles did not have to be circumcised like the jews had to, our circumsicion is with our hearts and this is what God performs. For those of us who are gentiles its specifically said in the New Testament letters (most written by Paul, apostle to the gentiles, in Greek) that we not to concern ourselves with geneologies and fables of the jews.
